Transferring files using iTunes

When you connect the iPhone or iPod Touch via the USB cable to your desktop computer (running iTunes), you will have the ability to copy files to and from the Office2 app. Once the device is connected, select the device from the left-hand window in iTunes. In the right-hand window, choose the Apps tab and scroll to the bottom of the Apps window. At the bottom of the page you will see a section entitled "File Sharing". In the left part of the window, you will see one or more apps that are capable of synchronizing files with iTunes. Office2 should be listed. Select Office2 and you will see a list of the top level files and folders that exist in Office2. You can copy files from Office2 by selecting the relevant file or folder from the list and pressing the Save To... button. You can then choose a destination folder on your desktop computer. Press OK to start copying files from the device to your desktop computer. You can also copy files from the desktop computer to the device. To do this, press the Add... button under the list of files and then choose one or more files from your desktop computer and press OK. As soon as you press OK, the device will show that it is synchronizing and when it is finished, the files that you added will appear in the Local Files folder at the top level.
