Office2 provides you with the ability to spell check a document as you are typing. To use this feature, you must be running iOS4 or later. In order to turn on spell checking for a document, press the info button located in the second page of the toolbar, then press the spell check button.
Office2 provides you with the ability to spell check a document as you are typing. To use this feature, you must be running iOS4 or later. In order to turn on spell checking for a document, press the info button located in the second page of the toolbar, then press the spell check button.
A new page is shown containing a switch, which will let you turn on spell checking for this document. When you turn spell checking on, the page will disappear and any mis-spelt words will be underlined with a red dashed line. You can view spell correction suggestions by tapping on the underlined word. The suggestions will appear as menu items. Selecting a menu item will replace the mis-spelt word with the suggested word.
