To save a presentation as a PDF file, press the Save toolbar button and then press the Save As button. A Save As window is shown. At the bottom of the window, you will see an Export Format option. By default the option will show "Presentation 2003 Format (*.ppt)". Tap on this option and you will be able to select PDF as the export format. Once selected, press the Save button at the top right of the Save As window. The newly created PDF file will then be loaded.
