To change the order of a slide within the slide bar, tap and hold on the slide that you wish to move. The slide will darken to indicate that it has been selected. While keeping your finger held down, move the slide to the appropriate position within the slide bar. Other slides will move out of the way as you drag the slide over them. When you have positioned the slide in the appropriate position, lift your finger. The slide will then fix its position.
