If you have received an email containing a document, spreadsheet or presentation file, you may open the file in Office2 in the following way:
- From the Mail app, open the relevant email message.
- Tap on the attachment. A preview window will appear, showing the document file
- Press the Open In... button at the far right of the navigation bar.
- Select Office2 from the list of applications.
Once the document is open in Office2, you may begin editing it. You will not however be able to save the document to its current location. This is because the document will have been copied to an Inbox folder (which is created if it doesn't already exist) and this folder is read only. Instead, you must save the document to another filename.
