Office2 lets you move documents from one folder to another, regardless of whether the folder is a local or remote folder, such as a folder located in Google Docs or on your MobileMe iDisk. The process is exactly the same as if you were copying a document, except you press the Move button rather than the Copy button.
The only difference between moving a document and copying a document is that when moving a document, the document is deleted from the source folder, after it has been copied to the destination folder.
